The keynote speakers were Steven H. Cady, Ph.D. and Kevin E. Joyce, Esq., discussing “Leading in Times of Change.” Dr. Steven H. Cady is strongly committed to using cutting-edge approaches that inspire system-wide change in organizations, and he is actively pursuing research and practice that unleashes passion at the individual and organizational levels.

It was good to see so many of you at the Principals' Leadership Institute at SawMill Creek! These two days provided us the opportunity to connect with prayer, fellowship, and professional development.
Following are some comments from the evaluations:
à This was very informative in light of all the changes we are facing in our diocese. It presented the “how to” as well as theory
à Excellent presentation, discussion, and process. Want to know more. Would it be possible to create a chat room for discussion among schools who are trying the model for change?
à It certainly helps us think “outside the box.” The whole process was informative. The modeling was helpful.
à It really opened my eyes to the need for change. Need the collaboration of all schools with the diocese communally. I see this happening in the near future to save our schools.
à Please consider a summit with all leadership. It is essential for continuing Catholic education for all who seek it! We need to get together to think & plan “out of the box.”
à Steve was a dynamic speaker. His fishbowl discussion gave us an opportunity to listen to part of the stories of schools that we might not have known.
