Background Screening Web Tool (in Parishsoft)
The Diocesan background-screening online tool is now available for your use. You will have access to the background screening information via a secured internet web site as outlined in the "Step by Step Guide."
"ParishSoft Expiration Report-How To"

• Questions related to "system usage" should be directed to the support department at ParishSoft. They can be contacted toll free at 866.930.4774. Select option 2 for support; or via email at support@parishsoft.net

• "Diocesan policy" questions or concerns should be directed to Mr. Frank DiLallo at the Catholic Center at 419.244.6711; 800.926.8277, ext. 632; or via email at fdilallo@toledodiocese.org

Each pastor/pastoral leader and principal has the responsibility to ensure that all existing and new employees/volunteers are input into this data system. A user ID and password has been established for each pastor/pastoral/principal who is considered to be the “administrator” for background screening for their parish/school. Administrators are ultimately responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the background-screening program.

Designated administrators may delegate one person in the parish/school office that will also have access to the screening program to maintain this information. To assign a delegate to maintain this information, please notify Sharon Landis at 419-244-6711, ext 153 or send an email message to slandis@toledodiocese.org with the name of the individual to be assigned access privileges. Sharon will set up the user name and password and send confirmation when complete.
