The Science Of Learning
Education began a fresh journey with
the advent of new technology in the 1970’s. Scientists for the first time
could look into the human brain during the process of learning. Thirty years of
study and research has provided Professional Educators with an excess of
information that demands our attention and understanding. This mass of
scientific information now informs and substantiates teaching practices.
Innovative Educator Program
Innovative Educators was established In order to meet the weighty
responsibility felt by administration and teachers to provide quality education
in light of today’s information. The training exposes good teachers to
the current science and to the profound implications it has on classroom
practice. To this date more than 700 teachers have participated in the program
and are working at a variety of levels on the Science of Teaching as defined by
the Innovative Educator Program.
