Newsletter Return Form

Because of the wonderful advancements in technology, newsletters are available on the Web, as well as all the inserts and flyers. This advancement has caused Youth & Young Adult Ministry to re-think the Newsletter process.
Every month, Youth & Young Adult Ministry sends out over 700 copies of the Newsletter, along with all inserts and flyers for each area. It is awesome that there are so many people throughout the Diocese receiving the newsletter, but are we being good stewards of resources by copying and sending so many newsletters out when they are available on the Web? We don’t think so. There are many benefits to receiving the Newsletter on the Web. The first and foremost is that you will be assisting in saving resources. Another benefit is that you can see what is going on with Youth & Young Adult Ministry in the rest of the Dicoese because you will have access to the Newsletters from every area. The ability to look up past Newsletters is also available on the Web.
So how is this new process going to work? At the beginning of the month, when your area’s Newsletter becomes available, Youth & Young Adult Ministry will send you an e-mail to let you know that it is ready, along with a link that, when clicked upon, will bring you directly to the Newsetter. If you do not have access to the Web, don’t worry. We will still continue to send you a copy of the Newsletter via the mail.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM YOU BY JUNE 1, WE WILL ASSUME YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE THE NEWSLETTER ANY LONGER. Please, make it a priority to respond as
soon as possible.
