INNOVATIVE EDUCTORS
How will students learn best? Classrooms in the Toledo diocese seek to integrate today’s “best” practice with the values and beliefs of our Catholic faith. Through a comprehensive approach known as “Innovative Educators” teachers learn to apply what is known about how the brain learns to the rigorous curriculum of the diocese. Educators, - teachers, principals and diocesan administrators learn, accept and apply what best evidence demonstrates to be effective. Students are thriving because they are involved in their own learning.

Realizing our goals depends on success in every classroom. And such success depends on the application of research about teaching and learning. An emphasis on evidence over ideology should put an end to some of the fruitless debates that plague education and distract us from the goal of improvement.
