The on-line Standard School Survey is ready for data input. This on-line survey can be found at http://www.ccohio.net/sssf/
-login information is your school’s IRN and the password is “toledo” (note the password is lower case, and PLEASE do not change the password)
-we recommend that schools print off a copy of all the sections of the survey, as this will assist in the preparation for data entry
-Note: enrollment figures in this survey (along with the NCEA School Report and ODE’s ADM Report) should be calculated from the first full week in October (Oct 1-5)
-schools do not need to enter their data all at once, data can be entered from now until the deadline of Friday, October 19th
-the survey program will automatically total data for sections that require totals; where totals of sections are suppose to agree, the program will flag an alert if these totals DO NOT agree to allow for corrections to be made
-in
the "OCSAA Standard Verification Section: Question #1": Mark "NO" for educators whose
licensure or certification is "in process", along with listing their
name(s). You/we will have opportunity to
update this information as needed.
