CYSS has established a hotline specifically
designed to announce the cancellation of meetings or events sponsored by CYSS.
This hotline allows attendees to call before 8:30 a.m. (before CYSS opens) or
on weekends to receive word of any meetings that have been cancelled because of
inclement weather.
To get to the hotline, do the
following:
Call
419-244-6711 or 800-926-8277. You will
hear a recording. Wait until the recording tells you to enter an extension
number, and then enter 688. (There is no need to hit the *or # button.) You
will then hear a recording indicating if there are any cancellations. If you
call during regular working hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m., ask for the CYSS
office regarding cancellations.
