It costs 80 cents to send a 1 oz. letter to South Africa.  It takes approximately 10-14 days to arrive.  From South Africa it takes R 3.30 to post a letter to the USA.  The children in SA could not afford to send letters on their own.  It may be that I will ask the schools if any of the children want to respond and then I will send the letters to you.
