Dear Principals, teachers and students,

The hills and valleys surrounding Maris Stella School were filled with prayers and songs of thanksgiving when the teachers and learners received the good news of the overwhelming generosity of the students of the Diocese of Toledo.

To show their appreciation, the principal, teachers and students gathered together in a spirit of gratitude.

Speaking on behalf of the school community, this learner asked me to convey to you, the students of the Diocese of Toledo, a million greetings of thanks for your donation to the school.

Next, all of the learners and teachers stood and offered many prayers of thanksgiving for the blessing that has come to their school. They asked God to bless the students of the Diocese of Toledo. Their prayers were filled with such love for you.

All celebrations in Africa are filled with song and dance. After our time of prayer, the older students expressed their joy in song and dance.

All of the learners certainly enjoyed this celebration.

I was truly honoured to receive this tribute of thanks on your behalf. Your generosity will profoundly improve the lives and education of the students of Maris Stella School.
