Beginning Teacher Plan: A “Beginning Teacher Candidate Profile” must be completed for each Beginning Teacher.  (That form is available on the next three pages.)  After completing the Profile, it should be sent, along with the teacher’s contract and a copy of the provisional license to C.Y.S.S. attn: Vicki Fitts.

A mandatory Beginning Teacher/Mentor orientation class will be held on the following dates. The teacher and mentor need only attend one of these meetings:

• Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Christ the King
• Wednesday, September 29, 2010   3:30 PM NWOCA, 209 Nolan Pkwy, Archbold
• Monday, October 11, 2010 at St. Michael in Findlay
• Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the Catholic Center, Toledo

All meetings will be from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Please make your reservations with Vicki Fitts.
